|Description:||We are currently accepting resumes for a Performance Engineer in Dublin, Ohio.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Assist in the development and implementation of Performance Engineering (PE) processes - Develop and implement the testing approach/plan for critical and high priority projects - Promote the PE processes to all facets of the EIT organization - Participate in tool evaluation and integration - Develop and implement PE testing approaches/plans for critical and large scale projects including but not limited to all aspects of the Discovery, Construction and Execution/Analysis phases - Ensures PE processes are followed on all projects - Utilize process automation where applicable - Participate in process improvement initiatives - Provide at least a single PE tool expertise and administration (as necessary) - Facilitate communication of PE process changes to appropriate groups - Estimate PE effort at the project level - Facilitate the completion of external audit requests
Required Skills and Experience: - BS in Computer Science or Business related field or equivalent experience - Advanced level of certification in performance testing tool (e.g. HP CPC - Certified Product Consultant) - 4 years in software quality field - 2 years in PE discipline with all of the following LoadRunner protocols: Web HTTP/s, SAP - Web, SAP GUI - 2 years in end user application monitoring through BAC - 3 years experience with HP Quality Center or comparable tool - 2 years experience with functional automation tool (WinRunner, QTP, Robot, RFT, SilkTest, or QARun) - Experience in at least two of the following LoadRunner protocols: Web Click and Script, WinSock, DB, VoiceXML, RDP, Citrix, Web Services, GUI VUser (WinRunner or QTP) - Formalized SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) training and implementation - Possess advanced knowledge of application performance and quality concepts - Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing - Ability to describe complex process activity - Aptitude for technical project details - Ability to teach and mentor
