Qualified candidates will demonstrate advanced technical and functional knowledge of Websphere Commerce as well as:

-Experience in WebSphere Commerce Version 7.​0 from requirements analysis through deployment and transition to support.​
-Experience in J2EE architecture and development including Servlets, EJBs, JMS, and JSP, web services, XML processing tools, JavaScript and HTML.​
-Deep hands-on experience in WebSphere Commerce subsystems - Trading, Catalog Management, Order Management, Member Management Sub-system, etc.​
-Strong understanding of the WCS run-time framework, Struts, front-end components, WCS tag libraries, WCS EJB, and Web Services.​
-Experience packaging and deploying Java applications using WebSphere Application Server.​
-Experience in application architecture, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of web based application using Java.​
-Experience with object oriented principles and concepts.​
-Experience testing Java and web based applications, including unit, integration, system, and customer acceptance testing based on defined test plans with specific requirements-driven test cases.​
-Experience in development and deployment in a multi-tiered and multi-server application architecture.​
-Experience with application servers and web services.​
-Experience in using DB2 and developing and executing SQL.​
-Experience in application development using WebSphere Commerce.​

Experience with at least 4 full lifecycle Commerce projects are required.​

Job Description
In this full-time position, the qualified candidate will perform the following activities:
•    The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of client projects including the management of all project team resources and deliverables.
•    Effectively lead and manage multiple medium to large sized projects.
•    Work with BlueSky’s management team for resource planning and allocation across all projects.
•    Partner with Program/Project Sponsors to define baseline project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.

•    Communicate project objectives, status, risks, issues, and tasks to project team, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Attributes of a Successful Candidate
•    Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience in software project management; preferably in a consulting environment.
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
•    Current PMI PMP certification highly desired.
•    Superior consulting skills including the ability to identify and assess core business issues and then subsequently propose, communicate, and gain approval for practical and realistic solutions.
•    Knowledge and experience with various software development and project management methodologies and the ability to tailor them to a variety of corporate environments.
•    Experience managing projects encompassing the full software development lifecycle; preferable experience managing projects utilizing IBM’s WebSphere Commerce software.
•    Working knowledge of IBM’s middleware offerings.
•    Ability to leverage organizational, time management, and communication skills in order to balance the demands of multiple on-going projects.
•    Effective written and oral communication skills.
•    Ability to lead and motivate the wide variety of personalities inherent to large project teams.
•    Ability to negotiate and manage customer expectations including the ability to deliver difficult information tactfully.
•    Experience delivering specialized PM services including PM Methodology Assessments, PMO Implementation, PPM Software Implementation, and Portfolio Management a plus.

Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying and generating new qualified opportunities to support the BlueSky sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting leveraging prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
The SDR will ultimately handoff qualified opportunities to a BlueSky Account Executive for follow up and close. At BlueSky the SDR role is viewed as a stepping stone to the Account Executive Role following 2-3 years of proven performance.
Sales Development Representative is expected to:
•    Collaborate with sales, and marketing teams to define campaign strategies and components as well as manage all aspects of the campaign process including messaging strategy, content, targeting, campaign set up and execution, testing, reporting
•    Develop new qualified leads via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce client's and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
•    Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
•    Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects and their need for ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing solutions (technology & services).
•    Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
•    Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
•    Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
•    Track and communicate results, success metrics and improvements - know your impact on sales results
•    Work within appropriate vendor portals to register software and SaaS opportunities
 
Required skills, experience and expectations for the role
•    Bachelors degree
•    2-3 years inside "solution selling" experience for a complex solution such as software or consulting services
•    Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales force automation tool.
•    Strong verbal communications and ability to leverage phone conversations as a primary means to achieve goals.
•    Excellent client service skills.
•    Excellent writing and sales positioning skills.
•    A proven track record of strong prospecting skills.
