Talent Aquisition Manger , Washington D.C -1General DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)leads the company’s recruiting strategy and works to develop and implement creative initiatives in support of the company’s goals and objectives. The TAM will proactively identify marketing and recruitment initiatives that will enhance bottom line results by reducing time-to-fill on billable positons and developing a strategic pipeline of potential candidates for both funded and business development opportunities. The TAM will also work as a capture recruiter and will help identify key personnel to be submitted in proposals, as well as providing market research on salary pricing in proposals.Key Responsibilities• Leads and develops a Talent Acquisition team that oversees all company recruitment goals and objectives• Consults with hiring managers and SMT to develop and maintain a recruiting plan/strategy• Partners with hiring managers to help understand the market, roles, and other methods to locate candidates in hard to fill roles (i.e., cloud)• Work with Business Development team to source key personal for proposal submissions• Completes annual AAP report and ensures AAP/OFCCP compliance• Designs an ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategy including appropriate presentations as needed• Builds and maintains effective candidate relationships and brainstorm creative ideas around candidate experience and sourcing techniques• Identifies innovative strategies for sourcing all levels of talent across the organization• Provides guidance to AOI manager’s on the recruiting process, developing, implementing and training them on  how to most effectively source/recruit to meet the company’s goals• Develops  a long term Branding strategy for our Client that helps attract candidates through social media platforms• Manages and mentors recruiting team, holds quarterly meetings with them to review metrics and areas of improvement• Manages Requisition System (ATS) and trains users and includes vendor management of recruiting tools• Develops and maintains a pipeline of potential candidates to quickly fill future positions both funded and• Provides insight to the recruiting teams efficiently through Metrics and reporting to the SMT• Oversees the evaluation, selection and development of recruiting processes, systems/technology in order to maximize service delivery• Manages capture recruiting efforts,participates in all business development steps understands the requirements of opportunities we are going after, conducts Salary Surveys for Proposals, Presents candidates to be used in proposals• Runs weekly recruiting meetings on Mondays• Collects data on cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, and impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes• Attends local professional meetings, networking events, and meetups in an effort to develop pipelines of potential candidates• Develops unique recruiting events to provide awareness about our Client; hosts meet ups at HQ to attract talent, hosts bi-annual open house events.• Partners with local Colleges, organizes guest speaking engagements with local universities on a semester basis, develops and maintains college recruiting program• Manages our Client's Internship Program; advertises internship program and identifies potential interns for opportunities at AOI• Networking events; Identifies networking events, Coordinates attendees at these events to help with building pipelinesQualities• Integrity, discretion, and good judgment.
