The Human Resources Onboarding & Employee Relationship Specialist performs the operational functions related to the post-offer candidate experience.  This role partners with all departments to create a consistent new hire experience that allows our new employees to be productive in their roles “Day One”.  The On-Boarding & Employee Relationship Specialist has ownership of enrolling the in-coming employee into our Employee Self-Service Portal (HRIS), communication of process, and coordination of pre-employment activities, as well as ownership of ongoing employee relations that will support the company’s employee retention strategy. This position requires someone who has a contagious and positive attitude, inspires others, and models the behaviors of genuine, caring, and friendly.
•Responsible for performing the on-boarding processes for all new hires: updating and sending the contingent offer letter, contract, setting up the background check and drug screen (if applicable), enrollment into the required systems, and other associated tasks.
