Account / Client Program Manager- Manufacturing, Dallas -1

Essential Duties & Responsibilities -
- Develop an account management, customer service, and execution program that deliver our Client's value proposition to customers across their project portfolio
- Be the single touch point for key business relationships; maintain direct relationships with  senior leadership
- Own customer project pipelines and help drive our Client's operational readiness to support the full pipeline of business
- Manage P&L including spearheading financial planning and forecasting on a regular basis
-Maintain a thorough understanding of our Client's  product roadmap. Ensure customers are actively aware of and engaging in our Client's full breadth of products and services
-Monitor and, as needed, manage project schedules and milestones for all projects in account portfolio. Anticipate and mitigate internal and external risks to on-time and on-budget delivery

Required Skills & Experience
+12 years of relevant experience in  the Manufacturing industry or a similar environment
Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills
Extremely organized and efficient.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to see both detail and big picture issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Technology specialist with 12-15 years of experience
• Should be a technically strong Test architect familiar with multiple
technologies and domains.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building and adopting large scale, cross functional
automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI,
back-end integration and database levels.
• Should be totally hands on with Headless automation methods using
frameworks like
o Cucumber or using Web services
• Ability to evaluate and perform technical feasibility on multiple
technologies
• Should have experience in conceptualizing and creating frameworks
MUST have skills
• Java,
• Selenium, other open source tools,
• Integration environments such as Jenkins, CICD automation
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum is a must
