a. Ability to manage a set of small accounts – totaling 4-5M USD in revenue and grow by 20-25%
b. Manage existing accounts, set of new accounts signed in year from account management
c. Has sold multiple technology-based deals – and also deals on Data & Analytics, Cloud and New Edge technologies
d. Have sold to F1000 clientele
e. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
f. Be able to build and make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
g. Draft and deliver proposals
h. Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
i. Work with delivery teams to proactively address problem
j. Measure CSAT on a regular basis
k. Build strong third-party relationships.
Based on bandwidth, also do some new business sales.
