Currently looking for a qualified full-service Restaurant Manager for an immediate opening in the Waycross, GA market. The ideal candidate will have 1.5-2 years of Restaurant Management experience and previous high volume (1.5m+) experience.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager

•Staff, train, and develop all employees to build a strong, cohesive team.
•Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
•Promote, demonstrate, and lead a great customer restaurant experience.
•Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager

•1.5-2 years of recent Restaurant Management experience
•P&L knowledge
•Previous high volume (1.5m+) experience
•Service oriented and fun, energetic personality
•Strong leadership and coaching abilities
•Strong drive for success with the desire to achieve high standards in all areas of restaurant operations
•Passion for the restaurant industry
•Exceptional customer-service skills
Compensation for the Restaurant Manager

The starting annual salary for this position is $45,000-$59,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.
