Primary Skills

Marketing tools, R, SaS, Python, or any scripting language


•MBA (Digital Marketing) or equivalent degree recognized in the industry
•At least 4-8yrs as Data Analyst or similar function
•Strong working knowledge of marketing tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Unica, etc.
•Solid and proven background in data mining, statistical analysis, segmentation and modeling
•Ability to grasp complex concepts and develop clear, concise, synthesized recommendations backed by data and analyses
•Experience in manipulating large data sets and analyzing them to identify actionable insights
•Analyze and define optimizations and strategy for campaigns & report visualization using BI/ Tableau
•Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
•Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
•Adept at creating data visualizations and telling compelling stories with data.
•Adept at framing business questions and practices in analytic terms and translating business requirements into corresponding datasets, analyses and required reports.
•Engage in data collection activities to ensure that all relevant data is captured to govern applied analytics development.
•Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and convey them through effective writing.
•Knowledgeable in SQL, and experienced design and build BI reports using QlikView, Tableau or Power BI
•Good grasp of data analytics tools such as R, SaS, Python, or any scripting language
•Basic knowledge of Data Visualization using Excel
•Good analytical skill; good sense on numbers
•High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
•Strong communication skills
•Flexible to work in 4pm to 1 am IST shift.
•Flexible to support the team and engagement during holidays, weekends or as per need of the engagement.
