The Challenge:

Adobe is looking to hire a full-time contractor to join the Adobe Customer Solutions team based in Noida-India. We are looking for a Business Graduate with a couple of years of experience as service sales/business analyst with a knowledge of professional service sales & operations.
As Adobe continues to expand our business & strengthen our leading position within the digital experience domain we are further building our service sales and operation capacity to support this expansion. Working within Adobe service business you will operate and refine service operational processes to drive increased efficiency & service sales. Increase service pipeline hygiene and greater insight into the service pipeline status.
Efficiently operate key service business processes, providing increased visibility and insight into the professional services pipeline & service needs for the benefit of our customers & continued growth of the Adobe business.
What you’ll do:
•Identify & communicate relevant service needs
•Support sales teams & promote the value of services
•Report on status of service operations activity & service pipeline
•Build dashboards to provide insights into service program adoption & health
•Achieve service targets attach rates & bookings
•Establish KPIs & measure new and existing service & operational performance
•Operate key service processes within APAC region leading to increased service sales
•Identify & implement improvements within service sales & operations
•Capture and share feedback on services offerings & operations
•Manage service operations to ensure that the status & trend on key metrics are understood & regularly reported.
•Manage service sales governance leading to increased compliance and address operational gaps.
What you need to succeed:

•Experience working within a technology professional services business
•Experience working within service sales and/or sales operations roles
•Proficient working with salesforce CRM & Microsoft Excel reporting and working with sales pipeline data
•Experience collating, summarising & presenting data from multiple sources
•Experience supporting, preparing and delivering enablement webinars
•Highly organized & efficient
•Strong time management skills
 8AM -4PM shift
