Description

Key responsibilities:
•Campaign development and execution through Adobe Campaign
•Post-campaign performance measurement and reporting
•Assist in optimization of campaigns through in-depth testing and analysis
•Be up-to-date with the latest technologies in CRM, Marketing Automation and cloud-based database architecture.
•Regularly examine and do POC of various marketing automation technologies for most effective solutions
 
Must Have:
•Deep understanding of digital marketing
•Experience managing and delivering successful email campaigns and a good understanding of email marketing.
•Expertise in Adobe Campaign (preferably) and/or other marketing automation tools like Unica, Responsys, SFMC etc.
•Experience on data visualization, data science, campaign analytics and tracking
•Hands-on experience in data tools like Hadoop, SQL, Tableau, Power BI etc.
•Machine Learning and Python desired
•Good communication skills
•Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated
•Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages
•Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
•Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Good-to-have:
•Scripting experience, preferably JavaScript (Server Side and Client Side), HTML
•Understanding on REST API calls.
•Experience in Angular and ionic frame work.
•UI and Front end designing skills (HTML, CSS, Responsive layout).
•Familiarity with dynamic web development, personalization, web analytics, website optimization
•Experience with XML and DOM related technologies is a plus
 
Qualification:
•Graduate/post-graduate with 5+ years of experience in campaign management and/or data science
