Description

The Opportunity:
As part of the Creative Cloud Platform and Ecosystem team, the Creative Cloud Developer Experience team informs, enables, and inspires third-party developers around the world to build and ship plugins and integrations with Creative Cloud and its products that users and their partners love.
The Creative Cloud Developer Experience team is hiring a temporary Integrations Review Specialist to review third-party plugins and integrations bound for our marketplaces. By reviewing every plugin submission, Adobe aims to help developers get ready for primetime and ensure that users have great experiences with the plugins they install.
What you’ll do:
As an Integrations Review Specialist, some of the things you’ll do include:
• Follow defined processes to review integrations, plugins, and extensions, as well as related metadata.
• Communicate with third-party developers about the outcome of the review.
• When adjustments to submitted integrations are necessary, help third-party developers understand what is needed to successfully pass the next review.
• Answer inbound questions via email and other channels related to our marketplaces and developer program.
• Clearly document your work and strive for objective review outcomes.
• Proactively document best practices to be shared internally and externally
• Communicate with internal stakeholders locally and in North America about overall review status, as well as individual review cases.

Requirements:
• Ability to follow processes leading to objective outcomes.
• Ability to empathize with third-party developers publishing products on Adobe Creative Cloud’s platform.
• Experience in a customer-facing (preferably developer-facing) role with a proven track record indicating a compassionate approach.
• Willingness to ask questions and understand stakeholder needs, team workflows, and overall purpose.
• Ability to work with colleagues and third-party developers across time zones: this role reports to a manager in New York, with internal and external partners around the globe.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal English.
