USAF Combat Air Forces (CAF) Fighter Squadron Support Operations

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking former USAF Officers and NCOs or similarly qualified members of other US Services to support the USAF Combat Air Forces (CAF) Fighter Squadron Operations.

The focus of work will be to support non-flying duties in fighter squadrons that traditionally utilized Pilots/Weapons System Officers (WSOs) to fill as additional duties. Work locations are active duty flying squadrons across CAF locations in the US.

TASK ORDER POSITIONS: Scheduling Support; Operations & Training; Mobility; Unit Programs Coordinator/Commander’s Support Staff and Standardization/Evaluation.

CAF LOCATIONS: Davis-Monthan AFB; Hill AFB; Mountain Home AFB; Shaw AFB; Nellis AFB; Langley AFB; Tyndall AFB; Moody AFB; Eglin AFB

CAF PERSONNEL GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have a current security clearance of Secret or be eligible to obtain required security clearance and maintain the clearance throughout the duration of position
  • In the event of US military experience, must have an honorable discharge
CAF POSITION REQUIREMENTS BELOW

1. Scheduling Support
  • Two years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler
  • Two years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office products
2. Operations Training
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Minimum two years of experience working in a Squadron/Group/Wing training program or five years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training program
3. Standardization/Evaluation
  • Must have two years of experience working in a Fighter Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval shop or, five years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary Stan/Eval programs.
4. Unit Program Coordinator/Command Staff Support
  • Must have 1 year of experience working in a squadron-level or higher commanders
5. Mobility Support (Formerly known as Unit Deployment Manager)
  • Must have a minimum of one (1 ) year working in a squadron-level or higher mobility office
